Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items. This is due to the resealing of Pokemon cards some customers have tried to return. Also our collectibles we source being sold as seen. There will never be damage to any collectable we ship without clearly being advertised on our website & product page at purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or an item arrives damaged, you can contact us at theoldshelf.customerservice@gmail.com. for us to arrange return of item and refund if appropriate.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If a item is damaged in post, we will require this item to be returned and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
